The purpose that drives Ripple Tax is our commitment to satisfy you, the client, and serve your needs by listening, understanding, and relating to your goals and objectives. We use the most current technological innovations and best practices to help our clients achieve their goals. We believe that the most valuable service that a CPA provides to their client is that intangible understanding that allows us to guide you on the path toward your goals with a peace of mind. We will take the time with you to foster that understanding, compile the relevant tax information, analyze your income and deductions, and finally use this information to help you optimize business decisions and tax savings strategies. Ripple Tax will accomplish this for you while complying with all Federal and State laws and at the same time fully take advantage of every potential tax savings allowed by the tax code.

Joel Brown is the founder and owner of Ripple Tax. Since 2009, Joel has grown the firm to service over 1000 businesses, individuals, non-profits, and trusts. His philosophy that there is more to servicing a client's need that simply the commodity of a tax return is what adrives and motivates him and the Ripple Tax team. Joel earned a Law Degree from Washington University in St. Louis and is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Ben Goldberg is a Partner at the firm and joined in 2013. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ben takes a holistic approach to tax, accounting, and financial planning. He works with individuals and businesses to address their financial needs as they grow their businesses and manage their personal finances. Whether a client is navigating a startup or managing a successful enterprise, Ben provides peace of mind to his clients so they can focus on their businesses. In addition to servicing his client's needs, Ben oversees the day to day activities of the firm and mentors the tax team. Ben graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and holds a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. Ben is a member Illinois CPA Society. Darwin Mintu, a firm partner, has over 20 years of experience providing auditing, accounting, and tax services to a wide variety of clients, both not-for-profit organizations and privately-held companies. Darwin has experience analyzing financial statements, conducting tax research, and providing training and support to not-for-profit clients. Darwin is head of Ripple Tax, Inc.'s audit department. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Darwin earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
